The highly anticipated games commence with the women’s team kicking off the event at 5.30pm, and the men’s following at 7.30pm.
Ticket sales from Manchester Met alone have already topped 500, but there is an expectancy that this will be doubled into a 1,000 overall attendance.
Vice-captain of the men’s rugby team, Dafydd Rees, has already stated that he’s expecting a good result tomorrow.
“It’ll be an extremely close game but I think we can pull through and come out with the win this year,” he told the Northern Quota.
You can cheer on the Manchester Met team by purchasing a ticket from the Union for £5 and there will also be a limited number on the door. Transport is available from the Union at regular intervals tomorrow night, with the first coach leaving at 4:30pm.
