An exhibition of knitworks and knitwear by Sam Meech and Unique Knitwear Ltd

Sam Meech has created a personal exhibition that combines different aspects of production together, resulting in a thoughtful and intimate exhibition. The most fascinating aspect of his exhibition are the knitwear portraits. The portraits were produced using a variety of technological methods, and the final result is a melding of traditional and modern. They also reflect that sense of intimacy that Sam developed with the workers of the knitwear factories, hence their faces as art.
Unique Editions is running from the 3rd-13th November at Rogue Project Space (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, 12-6pm).
