A Light in the Darkness: Call for Creative Submissions

0 153
Humanity Hallows are looking for submissions of short fiction or poetry for publication in print and online.

Our current theme is ‘A Light in the Darkness’. Submissions must be between 5 and 10 lines and based on the theme. This is a great chance to get your work out there for the world to see.

This is an open theme that can be taken in any direction you may wish. Some suggestions we’ve had so far:

  • A piece dealing with mental health and things that help people pull through.
  • A piece about finding that one positive in this seeming slump of negative news
  • A piece about a literal light in a dark place.

Let your creativity run wild and show us what you’ve got.

The submission deadline for consideration in print and a chance to work with an illustrator is Friday 15th December. Please email all submissions to HumanityHallows.Editor@gmail.com

We look forward to seeing what you can come up with and where you find, A Light in the Darkness.
