On Thursday 2nd March, Energize Eventz are holding a Pie and Ale night, with all proceeds going to a charity called Sporting Memories. Sporting Memories is a charity that supports the older generation in the UK with depression, dementia and loneliness. The event has been organised and will be hosted by Manchester Met students.
The event will take place at Pie and Ale in Lever Street, Manchester. Tickets cost £15 each and include a homemade pie supper, with mushy peas and gravy, a pint of house ale and live entertainment. Pie options include a choice of chicken, steak, cheese or the vegan option, white bean and kale. Co-founder of Sporting Memories Tony Jameson-Allen will also be attending to give a speech and more information about the charity.
Doors open at 6pm with food available from 7pm.
