Manchester Metropolitan University architect student embarks on a series of projects to connect individuals.
David Adesanya’s latest work saw him travel to Italy as part of archiSTART’s workshop to design temporary emergency shelters. These shelters are built to provide reception and first assistance services to all people who are in need due to natural disasters, war, poverty and race, religion, nationality and political reasons.
David explained, “Having been given the chance to travel to Southern Italy and be part of archiSTART’s workshop the opportunity arose for a short series of interactions which I hope you appreciate and are inspired by.”
David is also founder of Behind Beijing, an exciting creative photography series revealing the everyday lives of people living in Beijing. This project aims to challenge the idea that social media divides us and will look to connect the West with the Far East with honest and insightful photography.
