To celebrate its first birthday, Humanity Hallows have released Issue 4 of the magazine. Coinciding with the beginning of the new academic year, Issue 4 will be officially launched with a party on Tuesday 4th October.
Held at Number 70 Oxford Street, the event is open to all students and is a fantastic chance to pick up a copy of Humanity Hallows, meet the team and enjoy a wine reception.
Issue 4 of the magazine is packed with features to welcome students new to Manchester and #NewtoMMU, with tons of freshers advice, tips and tricks to guide new students through their first term at uni. Manchester band Cabbage offer an insight to the local music scene and author Jay Griffiths talks about exploring the human psyche.
Humanity Hallows printed issues were launched in 2015 and is released three times a year. The magazine is created by Manchester Met student volunteer writers, editors, illustrators and photographers and features a huge array of features, interviews and reviews for students.
Student Editor-in-Chief Jacqueline Grima said, “‘We are really excited to be celebrating the first birthday of the Humanity Hallows print issue. The team have worked extremely hard during the summer putting together loads of fantastic articles and interviews and we hope, with the launch of issue 4, that lots more students will get involved and see their work in print.”
