The Saw Doctors will perform at Castlefield Bowl on Saturday as part of the city’s annual concert series, Sounds of the City.

The Celtic rock band will make their way up north this weekend following a captivating performance at Glastonbury. They will then be spreading their charm throughout the UK, including a headline performance in London in November.

Founded in 1986, the award-winning band’s hits include their all-time best single ‘I Useta Lover’ and three Number One hits in the Republic of Ireland.

The band have also revealed a special guest for their headline concert at Castlefield Bowl, confirming Daimen Dempsey will be their support act when they visit Manchester once more.

Many of their passionate supporters have been yearning for them to come back since their legendary performance in December at the O2 Ritz. While these devoted fans wait for them to play at Castlefield Bowl, talk about the setlist has already started. ‘Exhilarating Sadness’, ‘Share the Darkness’, and ‘N17’ are just a few of the anticipated songs on the set list.

The Saw Doctors will headline Castlefield Bowl on Saturday 1st July, 2023.
