So the past couple of weeks have been mega busy as we all get back into the swing of things after the christmas break. Christmas brought me lots of new clothes to wear and I hope it did for you all too! This week I went to the Business school to continue my search for MMU’s best dressed which left me warn out after getting lost a few times. Here are my pics for this week:

emily

Name: Emily

Subject: Business Management

Outfit: Top New Look, Coat New Look, Jeans Topshop, Boots New Look, Bag Bloomingdales.

Emily is looking gorgeous, sticking to classic winter colours; in a look that sticks to classic winter colours, like the berry turtleneck which adds a splash of colour to her outfit. She keeps it on trend with ripped jeans that have been incredibly popular. Fur Trim is always a winner, keeping you nice and toasty this time of year!

ash

Name: Ash

Subject: Business

Outfit: Top American Apparel, Hoodie H&M, Coat Obey, Pants Barbour, Shoes Birkenstocks.

Ash is taking animal print to a whole new level with his fish print cords, which add a quick twist to a great day to day outfit. He has kept the rest of his look fairly simple with a black top and and jacket with Leather look sleeves. I think when it comes to print keeping the rest of the outfit simple is key! Ash, you have definitely shown why boys should wear print and be bold in their style!

kudzai

Name: Kudzai

Subject: Tourism

Outfit: Shirt Next, Jeans Primark, Scarf Primark Coat Primark, Bag Vintage, Boots Shoes4you.

Kudzai has shown us how print clashing CAN work! She has taken check, dogtooth and leopard print and mixed them to make a great outfit look spectacular. The rest of Kudzai’s look is fairly normal with a classic shirt/jeans/boot combo, which never gets old. Prints are the best way to jazz up any look and a patterned scarf is always my first port of call.

mohammed

Name: Mohammed

Subject: Biomedical Science

Outfit: Coat All Saints, Jumper Topman, Jeans All Saints, Shoes Clarkes.

Mohammed has gone for a timeless and sophisticated look. Smart coats have made a great comeback in mens fashion and he has done this with a charcoal coat from All Saints. Mohammed has teamed this with a casual cable knit jumper in a lighter grey. The piece which really stands out are the oatmeal desert boots. Although with a student lifestyle light coloured shoes are hard to keep clean (especially in factory) but if you can they can make the right outfit look great.

clare

Name: Clare

Subject:  Nutritional Science

Outfit: Top Primark, Hoodie Superdry, Leggings Nike, Trainers Nike, Bag Urban Outfitters.

Whoever thought anyone could look this good going to the gym!? Clare is wearing a gym look that can look great if you’re you need to be in uni beforehand. She is wearing all black with a hint of pink in her look (classic girl look in my books). she has teamed up her Nike leggings with a basic top from Primark and then a grey hoodie to break up the outfit.

Thanks to all my lovely models in this week’s Street Style in the MMU Business School, you were all very charming (especially your friend Mohammed who is always welcome to come be my photographer!). Next week I will be coming to Birley Fields to check it out and the scores of stylish students that are hiding up there! In the meantime check out my instagram for your street style fix throughout the week… Ciao!
