Lipstick of the Month: Leading Lady Red

This month I’d like to share a new favourite of mine. Some of you may already know it but I’ve only just discovered this gorgeous beaut! It’s the Charlotte Olympia MAC signature lipstick in Leading Lady Red.

I am in love with her style, inspired by pinup icons and silver screen sirens of the bygone era of Hollywood glamour.

Collaborating with MAC, the British luxury shoe and accessory brand is known for a vintage aesthetic that embodies elegance and femininity, and this is exactly how this lipstick makes me feel! It’s also beautifully packaged in Charlotte’s signature gold spider’s web.

I love how this lipstick offers a dynamic matte red colour look and really makes my lips stand out! It feels smooth and locked with moisture (which is perfect for chapped lips!). It’s also definitely one I’d wear for evening events and goes well with any LBD… another secret femme fatale item!
